Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account on huskwomens.com and go to “Orders.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or colour, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Certain items (e.g., sale products, underwear, swimwear) are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may request photos for verification.
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Store Credit
If eligible, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund. This will be issued as a digital voucher via email.
